Ukrainian President Zelensky has said that failure to provide advanced weapons would be a moral defeat for the West. Zelensky said that Ukraine still does not have enough missiles or fighter jets to fend off Russian aerial threats. Meanwhile, Russia fired several missiles near Lviv’s international airport in western Ukraine, destroying a nearby aircraft repair plant. The facility for repairing military aircraft was hit by two cruise missiles fired from the Black Sea on March 18.
