At least five explosions were heard in Kyiv days after Russia blamed Ukraine for drone attacks on its Black Sea Fleet. The Mayor said that an area of Kyiv is without electricity and certain areas are without water following the Russian strikes. Russian troops also reportedly struck a critical infrastructure facility in the Zaporizhzhia region. Explosions were also reported in the Kharkiv region where a critical infrastructure facility has been hit, according to the Mayor. Russian forces also reportedly attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region with multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), heavy artillery & suicide drones Meanwhile, Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky claimed his forces repelled a “fierce offensive” by Russian troops in the eastern Donetsk region.
