A video detailing Russia’s infamous Wagner Group recruiting convicts to fight in the Ukraine war has recently emerged. The undated videos shows a man, believed to be Putin’s “chef”, Russian oligarch Yevgeny Prigozhin, delivering a speech inside a prison to recruit inmates. The man is seen promising convicts release from prison in return for six-months of combat in Russia’s war against Ukraine. This video is reportedly the first time the enlistment process has been captured on camera.
