Amid a protracted war in Ukraine, there seems to be tension between different factions of Putin’s forces. Russian media outlet, Baza, recently shared a video of a fight between an alleged Wagner mercenary and Russian soldiers. The video was reportedly captured in the lobby of a hotel in Voronezh, 241 km from the Kharkiv border. Some analysts say they would not be surprised if this becomes a greater problem for Putin in the near future. Experts say there are tensions between Wagner members and regular Russian troops. Some analysts say partial privatisation of military operations may end up destabilising the Kremlin.
