US Rescues Merchant Ship in Red Sea | Iran Deploys Frigate
US naval forces killed 10 Houthi Rebels in the Red Sea on Sunday. The Houthis were trying to board a merchant ship, the Maersk Hangzhou. The USS Dwight d. Eisenhower aircraft carrier responded to the merchant vessel’s distress call. American helicopters tried to protect the merchant ship and engaged with the Houthis. Today, the Houthis vowed to respond to the US attack and Iran has sent a frigate to the Red Sea. Will the Red Sea Crisis Escalate? Palki Sharma explores.
