Ukrainian authorities said Russian forces have killed one and wounded five civilians in the city of Mykolaiv. Kyiv’s mayor Vitali Klitschko said that water and power supplies have been restored in the Ukrainian capital. Russia has ordered more civilians out of larger parts of the occupied Ukrainian city of Kherson. The Kremlin said it is considering what “further steps” to take after its allegation that Britain was responsible for the Nord Stream attack. According to Kremlin, Putin has told his Turkish counterpart Erdogan that he wants “real guarantees” from Kyiv over the grain deal. Meanwhile, the UK says that it is funnelling millions of pounds into increasing Ukraine’s cyber defences. Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry has said that Ukraine would like to see Russia kicked out of the Group of 20 major economies.
