Ukrainian authorities say their forces are coming under repeated attacks by Russian troops ahead of launching a counteroffensive for Kherson. President Zelensky says the situation on the frontlines has not changed too much, however the fiercest battles are in the region of Donetsk, near the city of Bakhmut.
