Ukraine military alleges Russia struck Odesa Oblast with 2 Iskander ballistic missiles from occupied Crimea. Sumy governor says Russia shelled the northern border region with nearly 90 rockets, destroying 25 hectare of wheat. Ukraine reportedly hit a 40-car train transporting Russian troops, equipment, and ammunition from Crimea on July 31. The Ukrainian army claims its attack killed around 80 Russian soldiers and injured nearly 200.
