Ukraine is proposing a prisoner swap as it tries to resolve a bloody standoff at the Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol. The plan would see badly injured Ukrainian defenders at the facility swapped for Russian prisoners of war. Negotiations continue as Ukrainian forces successfully push back against Russian troops in the east of the country.
