Ukraine’s 25th Airborne Brigade forces claim to have downed two Russian multipurpose jets, a Sukhoi Su-25 and a Sukhoi Su-30. Ukraine’s Southern Operational Command claims it killed 58 Russian soldiers and destroyed a tank and 7 military vehicles. Meanwhile, Russian proxies in occupied Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia oblasts have claimed victory in annexation votes. Zelensky has said that Ukraine will never hold peace talks with Russia while Vladimir Putin is the leader.
