Ukraine’s army claims that it killed 83 Russian troops, and destroyed a significant amount of military equipment on September 6. Ukraine’s Defence Intelligence claims that Russian forces are suffering massive losses in Kherson. Ukrainian officials claim the West has not signed up to establish a tribunal to try Putin and his inner circle. IAEA director, Rafael Mariano Grossi, warned the UNSC that “something very catastrophic would happen” in Zaporizhzhia. Russian military commander Bardin Artem Igorevich was reportedly killed after a car bomb blast in Berdyansk on September 6. Russia’s state-controlled energy giant, Gazprom, has mocked Europe by releasing a video of ‘Ice age’ after it shut the supply of gas to the continent. Russia’s Gazprom has said that it has signed an agreement to switch payments for gas supplies to China to yuan and rubles instead of dollars.
