These specialized munitions, dropped from fighter jets, pack a devastating punch, posing a formidable challenge to counter. This high-explosive weapon was revealed by Russian Defense Minister General of the Army Sergei Shoigu during his visit to an aviation bomb production site in the Nizhny Novgorod region on March 21, 2024.
