Ukraine military claims Russia twice shelled Kharkiv with S-300 missile systems on July 27. Russia launched multiple missile strikes at targets on the Black Sea coast of Odesa and Mykolaiv. Ukraine claims long-range Russian Tu-22M3 bombers and Su-30 and Su-35 fighter jets launched the attacks from the Black Sea.
