However, Moscow has said that Russia is carrying out “massive strikes” across the Ukrainian front line. More than 300 settlements have reportedly been “liberated” in Kharkiv during the latest counteroffensive by Ukraine. Meanwhile, Russian-installed deputy head of Kherson claims Kyiv has lost nearly 3,500 troops in its attempts to recapture Kherson.
