As Russian forces continue their onslaught in Ukraine, tension and chaos seems to have gripped the Kremlin as well. Several reports claim that the head of FSB’s foreign intelligence branch, Sergey Beseda, has been placed under house arrest. According to media reports, Sergey Beseda was arrested along with his deputy Anatoly Bolyukh. The reports come days after Russia lost its third battalion commander in Ukraine. Losing three top Russian generals within two weeks of the invasion is being seen as a major setback for Moscow. Is Putin panic-stricken?
