Russia fired “around 70 cruise missiles” out of which 51 were shot down by air defences, the Ukrainian military said. Kyiv Mayor Vitaly Klitschko says Russia struck an infrastructure facility in Kyiv, killing 3 people and injuring six. Klitschko urged Kyiv residents to stay in bomb shelters after several explosions rocked the city. Russia said its forces had shot down 5 drones in the area of gas condensate fields in the Black Sea and near Sevastopol.
