Kharkiv Blackouts, Kryvyi Rih Flooding Prove Putin’s Russia Won’t Hesitate To Punish Civilians

Faced with battlefield setbacks in Kharkiv and Kherson, Russia has stepped up attacks on Ukraine’s civilian infrastructure. Since the start of the invasion, Russia has inflicted heavy damage to Ukraine’s military infrastructure. Amid the fighting, Ukraine’s civilian infrastructure had also suffered heavily as bridges and railway stations were blown up. Experts have analysed and found thousands of civilian buildings that have been damaged since February 24. Attacks on civilian infrastructure have only increased with the setbacks that Putin’s army has been facing in Ukraine.
