Ukraine has claimed that the Russian strikes killed 11 civilians, including a child and wounded 11 others around Kharkiv. According to Russia’s Ministry of Defence, the strikes targeted 86 military units in Mykolaiv and Kharkiv regions. Meanwhile, the death toll from a missile attack on a train station in the city of Kramatorsk has risen to 57. Satellite images by Maxar technologies show what it says is a Russian military convoy, located east of Kharkiv. Zelensky has asked Ukrainians to be prepared for Russia to conduct “even larger operations in the east of our state”. Zelensky also accused Russia of torture and cowardice and dismissed Russian claims that Ukraine killed its own civilians. Meanwhile, Chechen leader Kadyrov has claimed that Russian forces will attack Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities.
