German Food Crisis
Joseph Goebbels’s diary entries give an interesting account of the food crisis going on in Germany during the mid-war years. The Third Reich lacked enough food to feed itself, which is part of the reason why Hitler had to go to war in the first place (see “The REAL Reason why Hitler HAD to go to War in WW2” https://youtu.be/PQGMjDQ-TJ8 for more information). Today I’m going to read several entries from Goebbels diary, provide some additional information, and continue to argue that Hitler had no choice but to start Operation Barbarossa in 1941.
