Shows a Loran station, MIT, Georgetown Univ., Rennselaer Poly. Inst., Script Inst., Ben Franklin Univ., a U.S.N. school in Monterey, the Naval Air Station in Pensacola, Florida, and the Coast Guard Academy in New London where officers are schooled. Positions held by officers of various ranks are shown.
