A high-profile Russian business executive has died under mysterious circumstances in Moscow. Ravil Maganov, chairman of Russian oil giant Lukoil, died mysteriously in a Moscow hospital on August 31. According to Russian media, Maganov died after falling out of a sixth-floor window of a hospital. Investigating authorities have not been able to ascertain whether Maganov’s death was an accident, a suicide, or caused by foul play.
