Amazing Abandoned Tanks
Making a tank is an expensive operation. They’re hugely specialized vehicles that are designed to do two things and two things only; wage war, and keep the peace. It’s a big investment for the military forces of any country to invest in a tank, and so you’d expect them to serve for as long as possible and then be recycled when they retire.
