Based on the real wartime diaries of Swedish-speaking Finnish soldiers, the film follows Infantry Regiment 61 as they endure the harrowing trials of the Continuation War from 1942 to 1944. From the frozen forests of Syväri to the battered Karelian Isthmus, the regiment confronts relentless Soviet offensives, forging bonds of brotherhood, courage, and sacrifice amidst some of the most grueling battles of the conflict.
