Estonia has requested a UN Security Council meeting on Monday after Russian warplanes violated its airspace last week. “Three Russian MiG-31 fighter jets entered the Estonian skies “without permission and remained there for a total of 12 minutes” the country’s foreign minister said ahead of the meeting in New York.
