UK counterterrorism police investigating suspected murder of ex-MP Ann Widdecombe
U.K. counterterrorism police have taken over the investigation into the suspected murder of former British MP Ann Widdecombe, whose death was originally considered not suspicious.
Widdecombe held a set in the U.K.’s parliament from 1987 to 2010 as a member of the Conservative Party and later became active with Reform UK.
Redmond Shannon reports on the new information emerging, and how it’s the third killing of a high-profile British politician in a decade.
