US President Donald Trump said he would discuss plans with Ukrainian President Volodmyr Zelensky to give the country the capability to make their own Patriot missile defense systems.
Later, pressed by a reporter that Ukraine needed the defense system sooner rather than later and new development could take a while, Trump responded: “I think they can make them pretty quickly.”
