On Tuesday, April 28th, the UN Security Council collapsed into a historic stalemate as China and Russia vetoed the resolution to internationalize the demining of the Strait of Hormuz. With the ‘Forty-Eight Hour Demand’ from Europe and Asia ignored, Washington has responded with a massive show of force. The USS George H.W. Bush has entered the Arabian Sea, completing a rare ‘Three-Carrier Strike Force’ alongside the Abraham Lincoln and the Gerald R. Ford. This is the largest concentration of American naval airpower in the Middle East since the 2003 invasion of Iraq. With over two hundred advanced strike fighters now within range of Iranian territory, the U.S. Fifth Fleet is no longer just maintaining a blockade—it is preparing for a total ‘Air Supremacy’ campaign to break the Iranian ‘Ghost Mine’ wall by force.
