Defying the Trap • US Destroyers Call Iran’s Bluff

US Military #News – The U.S. Navy has raised the stakes to a breaking point. Defying the ‘Ghost Mine’ threat, the guided missile destroyers USS Frank E. Peterson and USS Michael Murphy have entered the Strait of Hormuz. This is the first time American heavy combatants have transited the waterway since the Islamabad Accord. Pentagon sources describe this as a freedom of navigation mission, but the timing is unmistakable. By sailing into the zone Tehran claimed was infested with ‘rogue mines,’ the U.S. is daring the IRGC to engage. While Iran calls this a provocative act of war, the White House maintains the Strait must remain open. These destroyers are clearing a path with advanced sonar and drone suites. The $115 oil trap is being challenged by 18,000 tons of American steel. #iranisraelwar #iranwar
