The Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Navy on Wednesday released a promotional video to mark its 77th founding anniversary.
The promo, titled Into the Deep, showcases the mission and responsibility of the naval officers and soldiers who carry forward fine the traditions, maintain the purity and glory of the people’s armed forces, and strive to build a strong navy.
Since its founding in 1949, the same year the People’s Republic of China was founded, the PLA Navy has steadily grown into a modern strategic service.
