The balance of power in the Caribbean is shifting fast.
Russia has cautioned the United States over its growing military presence near Venezuela — a region now becoming one of the hottest geopolitical zones in the Western Hemisphere.
As Venezuela strengthens its ties with Russia, China, and Iran, the U.S. continues to expand its naval and aerial footprint, sending destroyers, submarines, and aircraft carriers into the region.
