U.S. Army Blackhawks launched from Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, bound for the Caribbean.

Assigned to the 1st Battalion, 228th Aviation Regiment, Joint Task Force-Bravo, these aircraft swiftly deployed to Jamaica.

Following the devastation of Hurricane Melissa, Joint Task Force-Bravo has expanded its operations, bringing in additional Black Hawk helicopters to increase foreign assistance efforts.

This deployment delivers critical airlift, logistics, and lifesaving capabilities directly to affected communities, proving vital in the challenging early stages of recovery.
