This explains the Battle of the Bulge tactical and strategic mission plans by the American defenders and the German attackers showing the German Wehrmacht advancing on many fronts with bands of Tigers,King Tigers and Panther tanks in action verses the vulnerable Sherman. The main plan was a surprise German armored operation conducted at night and in bad foggy weather designed to ultimately seize control of the port city of Antwerp, Belgium in 1944. Also called Operation Autumn Mist.
